Va Pho - Asian Canteen is a Fun Dining Noshery. The food is a colorful, spicy blend of oriental cuisine with an undeniably Indian touch. In other words, it's freaking delicious. Our chefs are mavericks who take great pleasure in whipping up amazing, exotic and sometimes entirely new dishes. They could talk to you all day about what's sloshing around in your glass or disappearing quickly from your plate.

Why Va Pho? Because we wanted something that sounded oriental, familiar, and edible. Translated, it means 'come and grab a bite'. The language is an ancient, now extinct dialect, spoken exclusively when one's mouth is full.
