On January 27 & 28, 2011, the Fine Dine Managers and Chefs got together at an exclusive location in the outskirts of Chennai to understand each other, share the vision they held for the business and how to take it forward. Since the senior leadership was actively involved, there was a spiral of learning and sharing. The icing on the cake was the fun HR motivational activities that saw every level of management take part with gusto.

I completed my hotel management degree from IHM CHENNAI in 2004 and joined as a trainee chef de partie at Benjarong. Over the years, OCPL has allowed me the opportunity to shine and I was awarded the ‘Best Newcomer' Award by the Times of India in 2009. It feels really nice to see our hard work being rewarded and recognised by all. I have grown in confidence under the guidance and tutelage of our master chefs, who have given me the chance to excel in a field that I am extremely passionate about. “ OCPL is a place where I enjoy working”
